Insurance & Payment Information
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards and Zelle payments.
Out-of-Network:
I am out-of-network with all other insurance providers. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the missed session.
